A day out with the niece's!

Yesterday I went out with my younger sister and my nieces Cathy and Julie (and her boyfriend ;] ) to our closest mall. We went hunting for a picnic basket; after 3 hours of walking through dollar stores and big outlets we finally found one... at Vinnies! LOL. I should have checked there first but it never occurred to me. Because the basket didn't have cloth in it we bought fabric to make cloth for it :3 It looks really nice!

We DIY-ed it at home- took us 5 hours :(

During our whole time at the mall I was being a papparazzi and trying to take clear snapshots of my niece and her boyfriend-they're so cute! We didn't do much besides hunt for the basket, buy a 1000 piece puzzle and watch the lovebirds, lols. Single life forever [alone]. We had sushi again; I didn't really want to eat but eh.

After our little shopping, we, except for the boyfriend, headed back to my niece's home. Mom was making pho and MMMMMMMMMMMMMM was it delicious! I just realised that I didn't take a photo of it, lmfao. Oh well, you can see next time :)

We were really bored while watching movies so I suggested starting on the puzzle. We did well for a while; our fam friend Tony came over and he helped us.. Sort of.
Everyone had gone home from the family gathering we had last night, and so us kids had some more fun. My niece, Lindy, had to go to the bathroom because, well, she had to. The family room is separated from other rooms by a slide door. Deciding to be mean, I locked the sliding door so Lindy couldn't come back in, LOL. It was so funny! She stood there for 20minutes trying to get someone to open the door. My little sister felt sorry for her so she opened it, which was a shame.

Mom had gone to play the poker machines at 12. I asked her to take me home but she wouldn't, so Cathy was the one who was gonna take me home later. At 3AM I went home (lol). I tried to unlock the door only to find that the top lock was locked by mom who had come home earlier than me. UM, WHY? WAE? NANDE? DOUSHITE? D:
It was annoying cause I had to call my niece to take me back to her place- she only lived 2 minutes by car away. When she picked me up, we and Lindy drove to Cabramatta to buy a pork roll, LOL. It was 330AM by then, and it was super scary cause junkies were hanging right by the bread store :(
Afterwards we stayed up watching the Notebook, and finally went to bed at 6AM. I woke up at 7, 820, and then 853AM, lmfao. Today's PopAsia was so good! They finally played Teen Top and U-KISS, which made me super duper happy. *sigh, if only they could play SM Ent. songs :/

The rest of the day consisted of nothing but movies, food, and a power nap.
I'm at home now, packing for my one week trip at my sister-in-laws' place with all the other kids. tbh I don't wanna go :( I need to study for my upcoming exams and wasting a week up at Minto leaves me not enough to study, which is bad considering I've been falling behind in school. So, I've decided to bring my school stuff with me, and study for 2 hours every day for 5 days :3 Hope it works out!
Anyway, I must leave. I was supposed to write something about today, the 25th, but it'll have to hold until the 25th of next month.

PS. Happy Birthday to the handsome Hyun Bin! I wish you the best of health, care, and benefit whilst in your time in the marine force :) x

I. GOT. MY.TICKET.

I. GOT. MY. FUCKING. TICKET.
OMG OMG OMG OMG OMG, LMFAOOOOO!
Yes, I was so excited!
At first I kinda got irritated because I was standing there waiting for to receive my ticket from my friend. I didn't want to be rude and tell her to give it to me so I stood there. It was a while until she took notice of me, and I was angry lols. BUT! When the ticket touched my hand, I exlaimed 'OMG!' LOL. The girls started laughing at me and I think I turned red and all, 'cause I was so happy :3
Man, if I lose this ticket, I'll be all devo and shit :(

Tomorrow I plan to head out with my nieces to the shopping mall. We're gonna shop for a picnic basket and rug for our picnic next week :3 as well as watch a movie, maybe.
See you then!

LOL, JUST FOR LAUGHS.

Yes, a line from OMS! Or 100 Points out of 100, :3
Anyway, my family friend was over today and she was doing some weird thing with her stomach. I found it so funny I decided to record. Cracks me up every time, LOL. I can't do this stomach roll that she's able to do, which is sad, but watching her is so entertaining. It took me many tries to record because I kept laughing, and in the end I didn't have a good video,so I just chose two + an extra one of my niece crying, LOL.
Enjoy?

Don't you just wish you could do that!?

Nom nom nom, spaghetti bolognese!

My sister came home today from work, ready to make spaghetti. She was tired and lazy, quickly making a Vietnamese noodle soup, Buon Rieu, and the quick spaghetti bolognese. It's nice for a quick as meal, but I'm starting to get tired of Italian foods- my mind has been saying no to pastas, lasagne, pizzas to a extent lol, and other foods. After finishing my plate, I said to myself I would not eat it again for a while, lols.

I woke up at 430AM this morning to do my health assignment. Yes, 430 to start and finish it, LOL. So bad ;( I was supposed to wake at 3 to do it the same time Liskov does, but I kinda overslept... I finished it in time though, that's all that matters. Sort of.
Today at school I had a large box of fruit salad- deeeeeeeeeelicious! Kiwi fruit, strawberries, corella pears, oranges and mango make the dessert colourful, and it tastes great. I wouldn't mind becoming a Fruitarian for a day a week :3
Tomorrow I plan to sit through Math's lesson, bludge in IST, dance my way through PE, and watch CNBLUE during English. You could say Wednesdays are the best, because there's nothing to do, hahas.

-
I've no idea how to embed music on to blogspot, so if you have any tips, care to share?
This song got me through the day, partly because of the simple melody and partly because CNBLUE's Jonghyun sang it :3 still, it's a nice song.

Coward, CNBLUE.

Absolutly in LOVE with this song. Or, rather, Jonghyun's voice. :3

Max Brenner's.

I don't know why, but I suddenly feel like eating at Max Brenner's. The only MB's I've eaten at is the store in Parramatta. :( It's like 40 minutes away from where I live, and I can't go today :( *sigh, if only I was able to drive..
Here's a picture the first time I went to MB. It was really nice, the thich waffles and the chocolate sauce and the ice cream and the strawberries and bananas :3

Lee Jonghyun, my second husband. ♥

LOL just kidding. He's not really my husband.
Lately I've been listening to a lot of CNBLUE, and every time Jonghyun's voice sounded I'd smile gleefully, my cheeks hurting, my heart fluttering at the beautiful sound of his soft voice. Obviously, you could tell by now he's my bias. Now if you don't know which one I'm talking about, it's the man that sings mainly in 'Love in the Rain', 'Lie', 'Imagine' and 'Lovelight'. Now if you're searching up a video of them, Jonghyun is the one that does not rap, the one that doesn't stand in the middle. I'm pretty their leader Yonghwa only uses a white guitar, lol. I wouldn't know though, :( [bad BOICE right here :( ]
Anyway, I was browsing through YT last night for Jonghyun, and I cam across various videos of him in MNET!'s 'Director's Cut'. Oh, he was so cute in this series.
Here's one video I'd like to share :3 There's a line he sang incorrectly, hahas. Where he starts singing 'Shy, shy, shy boy, ba-ba-bad ma boy' he was supposed to sing 'Shy, shy, shy boy, oh oh oh, ma boy' LOL. So cute!

My Birthday.

Tomorrow is Jacob's birthday, and our group hasn't gotten anything for him :/ Usually, we'd all chip in to buy a present for every member of the group on their birthday- and that's about 20 of us, hahas. Something happened amongst the boys and Jacob so you can cross them out. Us girls though, didn't know what to get him, so we couldn't get anything for his birthday.
When Siacksahone(surname), Maria and I were discussing this, S asked me when my birthday was. Lol, awkward. I didn't want to tell her. It's not that I hate her or anything- she's one of my good friends from the group :3- it's just I don't want people to know lols.
The reason is because, well, I don't even know. I just don't want people to know. I kind of regret telling all my friends now, lmfao. They might want to get me something and that's the second thing I DON'T want. The first being saying Happy Birthday lols. I kind of dread my birthday- my family almost always forgets and it kinda hurts, so I said to myself, 'just forget about it.' So that's what I'm doing. Sort of. It's such a hassle, really. Buying the present and all the thoughts that go in to it is a lot. I don't like presents either, lol. I mean, I'd accept them, but it's just not part of me, y'know? I feel bad that my friends have to go through the trouble of buying me a cake and a present and what not. Lols, fml.
Hopefully they don't do anything for the next few years.
Oh, when's my birthday? idk, don't ask me, lols.
If I were to celebrate this dreadful day, I'd only want to hear a 'happy birthday' from one person, and receive a present from that same person. Not like it'll happen though, lol. So oh well.

Mom's cooking.

I hear we all say that nothing beats mom's cooking... I could say otherwise, LOL.
My mom is not a great cook. She either always adds too much fish sauce, soy sauce, salt, or a tad too much MSG. Needless to say, whenever you eat her food, you either need some source of liquid, or not eat it at all, LOL.
Though saying this, I can also say that there are some dishes mom makes the best, and if I were to eat the same dish anywhere else, it wouldn't compare. The number one food I love mom making is Pho- a Vietnamese noodle soup. Everyone should know what it is, right? Yes, mom's pho is the best. She takes the time and effort to brew the soup for11 hours, adding in numbers of Chinese spices and loads of meat and bone. She finely slices the meat, prepares the garnishes, and when the 11 hours are over (plus the few hours preparing) we can finally eat her pho :3 I really want to learn the way she makes it before it's too late..
The other dish I really love is this dish (picture below). I'm not entirely sure what it's called in English- I don't even know it's Vietnamese name. Basically it's kind of like a savoury tomato soup (it doesn't taste so much like tomato though,) with soft fried tofu and pork. Some spring onions, lettuce and rice, and you're done! It's a refreshing sort of food, in my opinion. Even though it's warm, the lettuce gives the dish that cool sort of feeling, you know what I mean? And it make you happy. Well, it makes me happy.

Yes, I do like decorating my food when I get the chance, hahas.

I have a thing for Victorian houses.

I don't know, the houses from the Victorian era and those inspired from it fascinate me, though I don't know much about this era except for the fact that it was during the time Queen Victoria ruled. The designs of the houses- picket fences, large and small windows alike, balconies, the staircases, the designs and patterns of the skirtings and everything, the shape of the house, EVERYTHING!- as well as the fashion- large A-bell dresses that fall to the floor, corsets, head dresses, etc.- all intrigue me. I guess I could call myself an old-vintage baby to some extent. Or not.
But really, I do love them. To me, they hold some sort of beautiful power that everyone would appreciate. I am quite jealous of my boy-friend Liskov, who lives in a house that looks like it was inspired by Victorian houses; it does, though, contain many modern elements, such as the garage and just normal features of the houses found here in Australia. His house is so beautiful, I cry. If I could swap houses with him, I would. Why? My family chose to live in a beach-looking house, one I'm not appreciative of because, well, it's not my style. Not to mention my house is in a quiet, normal suburb full of normal looking houses. I don't know why you'd build such a house like mine here. Anyway.
The only thing I'd add to Liskov's house is a garden- a nice, bright flower bed full of wild flowers, or just roses. ROSES! His house is clean cut; short green grass with a small bush on the side of the house. So yes, he needs a flower bed. If he gets one, I'll ask mom to buy that house.
Jokes, she loves our house.

Pictures shown have been stapled off Google, do not bash me if the photo's yours, I never said it was mine, lol. I'd go on about fashion and how I adore vintage clothing but maybe that would make this post a tad too long, so I'll stop here and show you 4 pictures, lol. Four only, because, well, idk. Just 4. The first two are my favourite :3

So, what do you think? Do you think they're beautiful? I do, :3

A not-so surprise birthday & Moon festival!

Yesterday on Sunday, as well as celebrating Father's Day, my family had gone out on a picnic BBQ for my niece's 10th birthday. You could say the surprise wasn't a surprise because the aunty's ruined it lols. Either way, it was an okay day at the park. We had a water fight, cake, food, GLORIOUS FOOD! and tans.I loved everything except the tan; all day I had stayed under shelter to avoid getting tanner, but in the end I got tanned anyway because I went out for the last 2 minutes of the water fight LOL.
After the BBQ I went back home to change and spend the rest of the night at the Moon Festival.
I'd like to share photos with you; although, I've taken these off Facebook, so very sorry! My niece uploaded them (she's 18) and I had to take it off there lols. But still, most of the photography is mine, the foods certainly are hahas. Enjoy?

I'm a luvo, you see. LOLJK. My forehead looks blacker than it really is because of the camera lens ;P

Isn't this kid the cutest! ^

Photo's I lovingly took, hahas.

MOON FESTIVAL:

 CAKE IS THE BEST!

Niece, family friends and friend! chingu ya, mianhe, LOL.
:L I love his expression here, Johnno!

And yeah, that made up my Sunday. The moon festival overall was boring, even more so than last year's, haha. And it was more expensive, which was not good, in my, or everyone's, opinion. I only went for food, which I got none of, LOL. Sad, really. It was enjoyable none the less, I think. The night ended with something bad, family wise, but it's all resolved now so it's good.

Oh, and I forgot to say, riding the Hallyu wave, if fan girls can ride on it, I woke up at 830AM to watch PopAsia on SBS1, LOL. I would have never woken up at this time if it weren't for this show. Now that it's weekly, expect me to be awake earlier on Sundays! too bad they didn't play SHINee, it was sad :( The show made me happy anyway, so I don't mind. Let's hope there's more of Jpop than just kpop next week!
Oops, my brother's home, gotta run!
